Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Actual Day. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. Actual Day is intended for business owners managing their own capacity and planning.

Keep your sign-in details safe and keep them accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Actual Day is a capacity-aware planning and reflection tool. It is not medical, therapeutic, or crisis support, and it isn't a substitute for professional advice. Decisions you make using it are yours.

You own what you enter. You give us a limited licence to process it solely to run the features for you. You're responsible for what you record, including any third-party information in your meetings.

Actual Day Plus is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

You can cancel anytime from within the app. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and the subscription doesn't renew after that.

If this is your first purchase and it isn't right for you, email help@actual-day.com within 14 days of that purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Don't misuse the service — for example, don't try to overload it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others or break the law.

Actual Day runs on Base44. If you connect a calendar, Google or Microsoft apply under their own terms. Voice features use an AI transcription service. We rely on these providers for those parts.

The service is provided as-is. We may change or stop features, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Where we make changes that affect you, we'll say so in the app or by email.

We own the Actual Day app and its design. You own your content. Don't copy or redistribute the app itself.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Actual Day and its providers aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the service. Nothing here limits rights you can't give up under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
